SHIPPING
DREAMLAB PEELS ships from Valley Village, California. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via USPS International within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
Packages are picked up by USPS daily (Mon-Fri) by 3pm PST.
USA SHIPPING
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority
Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - please allow 1-2 weeks for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description.
Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 5 business days.
USA SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic US orders are shipped viaUSPS First Class or Priority
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout: USPS 2 Day (Delivery in 2 Business Days). While we aim to prioritize expedited orders, the standard time for order fulfillment may apply during high volume periods.
DREAMLAB is not responsible for delays in tracking or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
VALLEY VILLAGE PICK UP
We are unable to offer pick ups at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS International. USPS typically takes 10-14 business days to arrive. International shipping costs vary by shipping location.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from DREAMLAB, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DREAMLAB.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package says "DELIVERED" but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office or UPS to see if your package is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your package delivered a little too early, in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location.
The DREAMLAB Team will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. The DREAMLAB Team is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances:
- held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
- shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
- shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
DREAMLAB is not responsible for packages lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.
